Our History & People
Co-Founder (Retired)
Roche Legal was formed by former Australian Wallaby Rugby flanker turned solicitor, Christopher Roche.
Mr Roche was admitted into the legal profession in 1986 and opened one of the first law firms to provide No Win No Fee compensation claim services in Queensland.
After originally retiring in 2000, Christopher and his second-eldest son formed Roche Legal in 2016 and worked together for many years. Christopher is currently retired from legal practice.

Having spent the early part of his career on the defence side, Sean understands exactly how insurers approach and fight claims.
